FIRST RANKINGS AT RALLYLEGEND AFTER THE NIGHT STAGE ON FRIDAY

Time for the first chronometric verdicts at Rallylegend 2023, with the eagerly awaited rally, the heart of the event, which kicked off on Friday evening with the traditional night stage, this year with the important novelty of the special test called “Pirelli Power Stage”, designed for Misano World Circuit. A debut crowned by a resounding success with the public, with the stands and terraces of the Romagna circuit at full capacity.
Leader among the “Historic” after Friday stage is Matteo Musti from Pavia, with Marsha Zanet, new Italian Champion Rally Auto Storiche 2° Raggruppamento, driving Porsche 911 RS of the Italian championship. Just over 10 seconds behind them is the other Porsche 911 SC by Emanuele Farris and Giuseppe Pirisinu, finally Simone Brusori completes the podium, chasing the third category victory at Rallylegend, here with Salvatore Tridici (Porsche 911 RS).
Among the “Classic“, the motocross champion Tony Cairoli is the man to beat, with Eleonora Mori at notes, who placed the Subaru Impreza 555 ahead of a pair of South American champions, both among the top protagonists of the Production World Rally Championship of some year ago. Three seconds behind Cairoli was the Argentinian Marcos Ligato, making his debut at Rallylegend, with Ruben Garcia at notes, preceding the Uruguayan Gustavo Trelles, with Jorge Del Buono, about 15 seconds behind. Ligato and Trelles, like Cairoli, also drive Subaru Impreza 555s.
It is Luca Pedersoli, with Andrea Adamo, aboard a Citroen C3 WRC Plus clearly leading the WRC category, with a twenty second advantage over the Swiss champion Sebastien Carron, with Romain Lambiel aboard a Skoda Fabia R5, ahead of the other Swiss driver Mirko Puricelli, with Nicola Medici, on Citroen DS3 WRC.
